ONLINE BOOKING CONFIRMATION
- Successful online bookings will receive an automatic confirmation via email. No further confirmation is required.
- If a confirmation email is not received, the customer must check that they’re email address they have entered is correct. Customer must also check their personal email settings, to ensure that the confirmation email was not sent to their ‘spam’ / ‘junk mail’.

- Kilcoy Golf Club reserves the right to alter tee times without notice due to circumstances outside of Kilcoy Golf Club’s control. (E.g. natural disaster, slow play).
- Kilcoy Golf Club accepts no liability or responsibility for cancellations, inclusive of travel, accommodation or other expenses incurred by you or any other person in connection with the cancelled booking.
- Kilcoy Golf Club is not liable for any physical injury or death during a round of golf.
ONLINE TEE TIME MODIFICATIONS
- Should the customer wish to change their booking to an alternative time or date, customer must contact Kilcoy Golf Club at least 24hrs prior to original booking.
- Kilcoy Golf Club staff will confirm availability of the a tee time date and time and if a suitable date and time cannot be reached immediately, then a credit note will be issued.
- Should a player of a prepaid group tee time become unable to play, golf club must be advised within 24 hours to receive a credit.
- Customers must check in at the Kilcoy Golf Club a minimum of 15-20 minutes before their tee time is due to start. Should a customer not arrive and check in they may risk the cancellation of their tee time and a credit note will not be issued.
- Credit note must be used in full before expiry date.
- In exceptional circumstances the Manager may issue refunds. Refunds will only be paid towards the debit / credit card used to secure the booking. Manager can be reached by contacting the Kilcoy Golf Club on (07) 5405 5705
- After the confirmation of debit / credit card details, refunds will be issued within 7 working days.
- Kilcoy Golf Club reserves the right to remove any customer and their guests from the course if the rules of Kilcoy Golf Club have not been adhered to. These rules are consistent with the etiquette outlined by the R&A rules of golf and are monitored by golf operations staff.
- All patrons utilising the Kilcoy Golf Clubhouse must adhere to the rules and regulations. Failure to do so will result in removal from the venue.
- No refunds will be given in the event that the customer is removed from the course.
- In the event that bookings are made in multiples and a player does not show, no refund will be given for the “no show” player. In the event that a player is unavailable to play for a pre-booked tee time reservation, 24hrs notice must be given to an authorised representative of Kilcoy Golf Club and a credit note for the tee time will be issued. The ‘credit note’ can be used at a mutually agreed time.
- Kilcoy Golf Club reserves the right to refuse access to the golf course should the customer not adhere to the dress regulations. To view please click here.
MEMBERSHIP
- Kilcoy Golf Club is committed to safeguarding the privacy of the personal information you supply when joining a membership.
- Kilcoy Golf Club will use this personal information to process your membership application and will not be able to provide you a membership or access to facilities or services if you do not supply the required information.
- Kilcoy Golf Club may also use your personal information for related purposes or for direct marketing communications with you. If you wish not to receive marketing please contact the club to unsubscribe from this service.
- Once you have purchased a membership through our websites online joining process, your membership goes into a ‘pending approval’ status. Your membership is reviewed within 5 days and should everything be approved you will be sent confirmation shortly after.
- During the 5 day application process you will have access to the golf course on a complimentary basis and full access to the Clubhouse facilities. For golf round bookings please contact the golf club on (07) 5405 5705
- Once your membership has been approved you will be issued with login privileges to our website and will have access to make social and competition bookings online.
- If your membership is accepted you will agree to the Rules and Regulations set out by the club.
- Additional cost of membership is your Affiliation Fee (Golflink Fee, Insurance Fee, Mi Club Member Access Fee).

DRESS REGULATIONS
Accepted Mens Attire:
- T-Shirt or Collared Shirt, Pants or Jeans, Shorts (no board shorts allowed), Covered footwear
- If playing in competition, Men must wear a collared shirt
Accepted Ladies Attire:
- T-Shirt, Collared Shirt, Sleeveless Polo, Pants or Jeans, Shorts (no board shorts allowed), Covered footwear
- If playing in competition, Ladies must wear a collared shirt or sleeveless polo
